While I was messing around today I found a new tool that I think could be very helpful in the age of twitter.  http://useqwitter.com will help track when your twitter followers quit following you and try to let you know which post they decided to stop with.  If you are using twitter to help build and market your business, just as with any other medium, first you need to know your target market. But eventhen you still may post something or post too many somethings and annoy your followers.  If you use quitter properly, it could be a huge resource to help you learn what your readers want to hear from you.
